This Clarification Text has been prepared by Çokyaşar Halat Makina Tel Galvanizleme San. Tic. A.Ş. ("Çokyaşar") in the capacity of data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation. 2. Processed Personal Data
The personal data of our visitors subject to processing by our company are as follows;
Identity data: Within the scope of your visits to the areas belonging to our company, the name, surname, profession, title, the institution/organisation you visit on behalf of, identity document, T.R. identity number requested at the entrance to these areas;
Contact data: Mobile and fixed telephone numbers, e-mail address, etc;
Visual and audio data: photographs, audio and video recordings of the real person;
Request/Complaint data: In case it is related to the visit, request, complaint and evaluation information;
Other visitor data: vehicle model and licence plate information, etc;
Transaction information: In case our company's internet network is used, records of transactions made during the time the session is open on the wireless connection;
Contact data: In case our company's internet network is used, the e-mail address used to log in.
3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Within the framework of the legislation, personal data of our visitors can be processed for the following purposes:
- Ensuring the security of Çokyaşar's premises, buildings, offices, areas and other similar working areas;
- Making the necessary arrangements regarding your visits, ensuring the communication of the parties related to the subject of the visit;
- Execution and improvement of business processes,
- Receiving, evaluating and responding to requests, complaints and evaluations;

Your personal data may be collected during your visits, either by providing information in written, verbal or electronic form, by monitoring entry-exit records, completely or partially by automatic means, or by non-automatic methods, provided that they are part of the data recording system.
5. Legal Reason for Processing Personal Data
Personal data is collected and processed in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic forms, in line with the purposes stated above, in order for our Company to fully and accurately fulfill its obligations arising from the contract and the law, and for the reasons stated above.
In addition, we collect it in order to establish workplace health and safety, fulfill legal obligations, and fulfill our legally valid interests, provided that it does not harm fundamental rights and freedoms. Our visitors' personal data is not processed or used for any purpose other than the purposes stated above.
6. Sharing and Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data will be stored within the framework of the provisions of the KVKK until the purpose requiring processing is eliminated or until the statute of limitations imposed by us for processing in accordance with the relevant legislation expires; when these periods expire, they will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the legislation.
8. Rights of the Relevant Person
You can exercise the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data by making a request to Çokyaşar Halat as explained below. Requests submitted within this scope will be processed by Çokyaşar Halat Makina Tel Galvanizleme San. Tic. A.Ş. in accordance with the legislation. will be finalized by the company within thirty days at the latest.
As a personal data owner within the scope of the legislation, you have the right to;
- Learn whether personal data is processed,
- Request information regarding personal data if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the legislation,
- Request notification of third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the event of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data,
- Object to the emergence of a result against the person by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automatic systems,
- Request compensation for the damages incurred due to the processing of personal data in violation of the law.
Within the scope of Law No. 6698, you can submit your rights regarding your personal data with documents proving your identity and your petition containing your request to Çokyaşar Halat Makina Tel Galvanizleme San. Within this scope, written applications to be made regarding the subject will be accepted following the identity verification to be made by us, and the relevant parties will respond in writing or electronically within the legal periods in accordance with the legislation.
