Çokyaşar Halat's production facility is located in Düzce Gümüşova on a total area of 23,160 m², 11,230 m² of which is closed.
It has an annual production capacity of more than 40,000 tons, including 2,400 tons of monotron, 2,400 tons of steel rope, and 36,000 tons of spring wire. It has a wide product range with diameters ranging from 0.30 mm to 15 mm (wire), 1.50 mm to 28 mm (rope), and high and low carbon strength ranges. With its patented product, Tragen branded elevator rope, value-added products are produced for the construction and building sector. It exports to more than 70 countries in its modern and advanced technology facility, bringing the unique product range of the Çokyaşar brand to the world.
Çokyaşar Halat has a product storage capacity of approximately 1,000 tons in its facility, and has storage and storage conditions suitable for the products.
The automatic diameter meters and crack depth detection devices integrated into the continuous line used in our machines are an integral part of our material science and process improvement studies. In addition, our microstructure examination laboratories ensure that the internal structural requirements are fully met as well as the mechanical properties of the wire.
